At Croatan Tattoo Company a deposit is required for artwork/appointments. The deposit is applied to the cost of a tattoo if the original appointment is kept, or acceptable rescheduling conditions are met. We allow ONE acceptable reschedule. If the second appointment is cancelled or needs rescheduling, the original deposit is forfeited, and a new deposit will be required before another appointment is made. Also, if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment this MUST be done at least 48 hours prior to your appointment, or the deposit will be forfeited. If you change your mind on the original design after it has been drawn, and request a different design, the original deposit will be forfeited, and a new one will be required. Artwork completion is not fixed, completion time is an estimate as the imagination does not adhere to any schedule. Once called for you to check, you have 30 days to get the tattoo started or completed. If 30 days passed by without starting the tattoo, the deposit is forfeited, and new deposit will be required before another appointment is scheduled
